1. Order Processing Time

• For made-to-order or custom items, please allow up to [3–5] business days for production before shipment.

• You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has dispatched.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping Estimated for USA Orders. International Orders will be calculated at Checkout.

3. Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which includes a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

4. Shipping Address & Modifications

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately at contact@deadlyobsidian.store before the item is shipped.

5. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

If your package arrives damaged, or if it is marked as delivered but missing, please contact us within [7] days at contact@deadlyobsidian.store. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods so we can assist with carrier claims.

We ship internationally; custom duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
