Custom or handmade items may require additional time.

U.S. Orders: Estimated delivery in 3–10 business days after processing.

Currently USA orders only.
Note: We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure.

🖤 RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to love your order—but if something’s off, here’s how we handle it:
Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for non-custom, non-digital items.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

To start a return, email us at contact@deadlyobsidian.store with your order number and reason for return.
Non-Returnable Items

Digital downloads, custom-made items, and clearance products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or we made a mistake.
💀 Cancellations

We do not accept cancellations once your order has been processed. Please double-check your order before placing it.
