📦 SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 3–7 business days.

  • Custom or handmade items may require additional time.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order ships.

Shipping Times

  • U.S. Orders: Estimated delivery in 3–10 business days after processing.

  • Currently USA orders only.

Note: We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure.

Shipping Rates

  • Calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • Free shipping may be offered on select promotions or minimum order amounts.

🖤 RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love your order—but if something’s off, here’s how we handle it:

Eligible Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for non-custom, non-digital items.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • To start a return, email us at contact@deadlyobsidian.store with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital downloads, custom-made items, and clearance products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or we made a mistake.

💀 Cancellations

  • We do not accept cancellations once your order has been processed. Please double-check your order before placing it.
